Start Your Journey to Health, Longevity, & Transformation
The 3,300 year old practice of Tai Chi Gung teaches you how to move and breathe so that the life force flows effortlessly between you and Nature.
Lineage of Tai Chi Gung
Tai Chi Gung was developed more than 3000 years ago by Boganathar, a profound Siddha Yoga Master born in India who spent more than 50 yrs. secluded in the forests and mountains of China. There he was known as the great sage Lao Tzu.
Peace of Mind
Lao Tzu discovered how to move and breathe so the life force flows effortlessly between you
and Nature. This brings powerful, abiding peace of mind.
Vitality
Vital energy isn’t just from food. Doing Tai Chi Gung taps the abundant energy in Nature itself.
Stress Relief
Breathing and moving with the life force removes blocks to the flow of chi gently. Stress
leaves you when the chi flows freely again. Feel better first, then sort things out.
Longevity
The more connected to Nature you become, the better your chances for a long life. Tai Chi
Gung shows how to connect and remain connected.
Strength
In ancient China there is a saying, “Strong legs, strong heart, long life”. One who knows chi
understands that all strength comes from the earth.
Balance
Tai Chi Gung improves grounding chi. Grounding chi builds a strong connection to the earth.
Balance improves naturally and it stays.
At its core, Tai Chi Gung is a practice that brings peace and vitality by connecting one to the Life Force in Nature.
Through a series of simple movements along with the balanced breath, students feel this chi in their body, mind and spirit consciously.
As a teacher, I have witnessed each student have an energy experience and those that practice consistently see the relationship with the chi grow in profound ways.
As you practice Tai Chi Gung, you continue to raise your frequency higher by gently moving and breathing with Nature. This naturally puts space between your thoughts, anchors you in the present, brings in greater soul energy and allows you to release any stress or anxiety you may be experiencing.
There is balance offered through two systems.
The Yin one created 3,300 years ago by Boganarthar / Lao Tzu calms the nervous system, focuses on the lower body, lungs and breathing. It was created in nature and based on three Yoga disciplines – Hatha (strength and flexibility), Kundalini (Second Birth), and Pranayama (Life over Death). The exercises are gentle yet regenerative in nature. The Figure Eights bring the body and mind back into balance. Students learn how to release and how to master grounding as well as the ascending and descending energy.
The “Hanuman” Yan exercises ignite the three fires in the body and stimulate vitality and fertility while focusing on the upper body and the heart and kidneys. Dedicated TCG students practice the Yan Hanuman exercises in the morning and the Yin throughout the day. The world is very Yan and to step into our power and transform we suggest more of the Yin system and daily practice.
TCG students develop an awareness of the energy as well as cause and effect. They learn that through consistent practice they will reap the greatest rewards. (One of our sayings is “Do the thing, Get the power”)

Benefits of Tai Chi Gung
Tai Chi Gung teaches us to experience the human body as an electromagnetic biologic being, with frequencies and vibrations sent out and absorbed every day, which need balance and release to prevent the unwanted negative things from manifesting in our lives, and instead promote the very best we desire to become a reality. This concept is a key to health, wellness, and disease prevention. We are beautifully and wonderfully made, so much more than tissues and plumbing. By doing the Tai Chi Gung exercises, we are increasing our energy, clearing our energy fields, and beginning to balance and regenerate ourselves. There has never been a better time to pursue this journey of self-discovery and transformation.
